Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a flexible part-time PA/Admin Superstar role in Cumbria.  You will work closely with our CEO to unblock challenges, organise, optimise efficiencies, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the business to propel growth.  This role is fast-paced, exciting, and varied, and it will ideally suit someone who embraces new technology platforms.  The role is hybrid, with the expectation of working from home and in our Windemere, Cumbria office.  We are keen to find a working arrangement that is flexible and convenient for both you and the business needs.

What we are looking for in the ideal candidate

  • Ideally 5 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative role or as a PA to a CEO or senior business leader
  • Extremely organised and able to manage schedules and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent IT skills Google Suite & Microsoft 365, Canva
  • Administrative and Filing skills
  • WordPress editing skills
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – in person, over email and on the telephone
  • A working knowledge of LinkedIn and Facebook for Business (Meta)
  • You can work with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality
  • Good Customer Service skills
  • Any other ad hoc tasks that arise or you identify proactively.
